The Egyptian god of law, arbitration, science and writing, the ibis-headed god Thoth stands 11 3/4" tall in this exquisite statue. He is represented here as the observer, and the creator of written word as he was often revered. Made out of cold-cast resin and hand painted vividly in gold and silver, he is formed as though he is taking notes with his chisel and tablet, with his dark eyes staring past his writing to that which he exists beyond. This is a wonderful piece for all who revere the Egyptian pantheon or for those who look to Thoth for guidance in his mediation of the law.38.95
Sekhmet was the lioness headed goddess who was the dark reverse of the goddess Hathor. She was a goddess of war whom almost wiped out the human race, running rampant until Ra tricked her with beer the color of human blood. Also a sun goddess, she represented its destructive force, and defended the divine order. This statue is made of a cold cast resin & hand painted, standing 9 1/4" tall at the top of her crown 21.95
The Greek god of war and battle and the instigator of violence, a son of Zeus and Hera. Because of his cruel and war-like nature he was despised by all the gods, even his own father disliked him. Ares could be bloody, merciless, fearful and cowardly and possessed no moral attributes. He was, however, unable to withstand the loveliness of Aphrodite, who subsequently became his consort. Ares was of giant stature and had a loud voice, and surpassed the other gods in speed. On the battlefield Ares was accompanied by Phobos ("Fear") and Deimos ("Terror"), two lesser divinities who are sometimes given as his sons. He was furthermore attended by the goddesses Eris ("Strife") and Enyo ("Horror"). Ares is also the father of the Harmonia, the goddess of harmony, and of the Amazons Penthesilea and Hippolyte. Cold cast resin statue. Classic depiction, approx 12 1/8" high 47.95
Kuan Yin statue Measuring approximately 4" in height, this statue depicts the famous incarnation of Buddha, Quan Yin. Widely viewed as a figure of compassion and wisdom that is sometimes revered as male and sometimes as female, depending on the culture, this statue portrays Quan Yin in a state of serenity, meditating within the lotus position. The solid brass statue spares no attention to detail, from the folds of her robes to the details of the cushion upon which she sits. With the whole statue sitting only 4" tall, it is great for any altar or sacred space. Place it in wherever you like to aid in guiding you through your meditation and prayer 23.95
The Goddess Kali, she who devours time is the central goddess of Hinduism. Honor this goddess of destruction, as you would her opposite the Lord Shiva. The beloved Greek god Pan is shown here in classical form, as a celebration of his wild wisdom and carefree music. Sculpted of cold cast resin, he is hand painted so as to appear to be fashioned of bronze, creating a feel of elegance and sophisticated art even as it clearly illustrates every detail exquisitely, from the horns sprouting from his curly mop of hair to the fur upon his goat-like legs. At rest, he sits upon a moss-coated ledge, seemingly laughing as he takes a moment from playing the pipes that take their name from him. A wonderful piece for all that would have Pan gracing their altars and homes, this statue stands approximately 9 1/2" tall, 4" wide, and 4 1/2" deep making it easily fitting upon most surfaces, from desktop to bookshelf. 49.95
Let Isis, guard over your computer. Isis, open winged, and in her full glory. Shown here in her later image, that with horns and disk. Considered to be the greatest magician of all time. Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love. Here she is shown drawing back her long locks to reveal the graceful lines of her neck. Beside her is a classic Greek pillar and a small vessel brimming with water to the point of overflowing. Aphrodite is known to incite feelings of love and lust wherever she goes. She is a contender in the story of the Golden Apples, when Paris chooses her as the fairest of the three goddesses (the others were Hera and Athena) and Aphrodite decides to "reward" him for giving her the Golden Apple (the prototype of most modern awards) by giving him the love of Helen of Troy, something of a mixed blessing that led to the Trojan War. This is a cold-cast resin statue measuring 11 1/4" tall, with a white finish 42.95
Ganesh is one of the primary Hindu gods, the Lord of Beginnings, and Remover of Obstacles. This hand-painted cold cast resin statue of Ganesh shows him sitting upon a richly appointed throne. Ganesh and the throne together measure 5 1/2" tall and 3 1/2" wide 18.95
Laxmi, (also spelled Lakshmi) is the Hindu goddess of prosperity, though she also has province over luck, light, beauty, courage, and fertility. She is daughter to the sea, and sister to the moon. This hand painted cold-cast resin statue shows Laxmi seated atop a lotus blossom. She is adorned with brightly colored finery, with a vessel of gold and silver coins beside her. The whole statue is 4" tall and rests upon a 3 1/2" base. 15.95
